Ever wonder what Meditation really is? Ever try meditation and felt like you couldn’t do it? Have a current meditation practice you’d like to deepen? Looking for a like-minded community (Sangha) of meditators? In this class, we will create a welcoming space for all levels of meditators – learning and enhancing the basics, developing a useful practice, and exposure to some of the history of these practices.
We will explore:
- Meditation postures
- Breathing techniques
- Sitting & Walking Meditations
- Relaxation
The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, increased focus, and greater happiness. Please come and join us as we explore this ancient practice together.
