All exhibitors will be provided with one 6ft table, (2) chairs and standard linen. Exhibitors are welcome to bring a different color, branded, pattern, etc. and dress up your table/display and immediate area however you please. The front of the table marks the front of your display space so we ask that you refrain from placing anything in front of your display unless approved by the Chamber. If you have a pop up tent, you are welcome to bring it, kindly notify the Chamber so we can plan to place your booth accordingly. Accessibility to electrical outlets will be provided to those who notify the Chamber in advance. Please note that you will need to bring your own power strips and extension cords.

FOOD+BEVERAGE Exhibitors (Complimentary Booth) Must provide 200+ tastings

Please note that ALL participating vendors must provide General Liability Insurance showing the Chamber has been added to the policy as additionally insured by Tuesday, June 6, 2023. The Chamber is requesting insurance from all vendors (min. $1 million, GL) and should be listed as follows:

Additionally, all participating food / beverage vendors will need to complete a one-page form for the Ventura County Environmental Health Department. The form will be provided to those vendors via email upon registration and should be returned to Cindy Giordano cgiordano@conejochamber.org by Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
