Ventura County Express Offices Celebrates National Staffing Employee Week

Thousand Oaks, California, Sept 16, 2019 – The Ventura County Express Employment Professionals offices are celebrating National Staffing Employee Week, Sept. 16 – 22.
In today’s economy, staffing provides flexibility for employers and job seekers. According to the American Staffing Association, 76 percent of temporary and contract employees work full time (35 hours or more per week), and nine out of 10 workers said staffing work made them more employable. And with the national average hourly wage from a staffing company at more than $17, staffing is a resource that can help workers support their family.
