Terri Hilliard Olson is an attorney and mediator whose practice centers on advanced estate and business succession planning, asset preservation, special needs trusts and family protection planning for seniors and others. Her company serves clients from Santa Barbara to Burbank.

Moved by the vulnerability of seniors and special needs citizens, Hilliard is highly recognized as a thought leader in her field. She has dedicated her career and over 25 years of volunteer work to preventing abuse and fraud and to protecting families. She and her honed team specialize in helping families navigate the legal, financial and psychological maze affecting the estimated 5.7 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease.
 
With offices in Westlake Village, Burbank and Santa Barbara, Hilliard’s law practice has grown through referrals and her pillars of success: truth, justice, honor and character. Mediation is at the core of her expertise, and as a court-approved mediator, she resolves issues with respect, dignity and a humanistic approach.
 
A skilled public speaker and author, Hilliard gives her time and expertise to many charitable organizations. She is a founding member of the nonprofit National Alliance of Attorneys for Alzheimer’s Planning (N3AP); a founding committee member of the Alzheimer’s Women’s Initiative, Ventura County chapter; and vice president of PAUSE4kids (assisting in special needs scholarships). She also is a member of Moorpark Morning Rotary; Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council; and Senior Concerns’ board and Planned Giving Committee. And she helped found the groundbreaking nonprofit Conejo Valley Village, a virtual village of seniors for seniors.
