With improvements in the early detection of breast cancer and the development of more effective systemic therapies, breast cancer patients have more options than ever before. The purpose of this discussion is about surgical options available for patients with metastatic disease.
The speaker, Dr. Cheaito, MD, FACS, is a general surgeon who is also skilled in many specialty surgeries and offers advanced minimally invasive options for many procedures. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, has presented at numerous national and international meetings, helped develop a multi-disciplinary team for management of cancer at Olive-View UCLA and was a faculty member at UCLA for 7 years.
Lunch will be graciously provided by Adventist Health Simi Valley.
