Living With Diabetes - Informational Classes

Livingston Memorial offers free classes on managing life with Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes. Learn about meal planning, exercise, blood sugar monitoring, medication management and new developments for living with diabetes. Classes meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 1:30 - 3 pm. Drop-ins are welcome.
