The Little Angels Project of Agoura Hills, California has been at the forefront of disaster response for three years.  It doesn't have to be a fire, flood, or earthquake for Angels to respond.  Covid-19 is a disaster for those who have lost jobs or are financially insecure.

The Little Angels Project is a Veterinary Service Provider and Rescue.  We understand the impact that Covid-19 is having on people with pets who may be struggling to provide care for them due to limited funds or stay at home restrictions for health impaired or seniors. Our mission is to keep people and their pets together during these challenging times, our pets are family and they need us as much as we need them.

We created the Little Angels Help Program three years ago to provide financial assistance to owners with pets requiring life-saving treatment or life-sustaining medications/necessities during a disaster or crisis.  This program is open to all veterinary clinics, shelters and rescues.

Applicants can find our on-line application at https://littleangelsproject.org/lap-helps Supporting documents such as proof of hardship, and information on the animal’s needs will be required. Our finances change daily and we continue to fundraise nationwide but cannot guarantee assistance for all cases. Decisions are based on Responsible Pet Owner Standards, the Pet’s medical need, as well as the owner’s financial status.

If your request does not meet our standard guidelines or  we do not have sufficient funds to “bridge the gap” you will receive immediate notification.

We are a U.S. based non-profit and cannot accept requests from outside the United States.

All participants agree to allow the use of photos or testimonials on our social media or those of our grant foundations.
