Most employers and human resources professionals know that keeping regular documentation in the workplace is critical to the employer's protection. More important than just keeping documentation, however, is keeping the right documentation. The words used (or not used) in every employee communication can significantly help or hurt the employer's position.
 
In this webinar designed for employers, supervisors and human resource professionals, employment law attorney Karen Gabler provides a review of what to say and not say in common employer-employee communications. Topics include what to say to revoke an employment offer, when an employee says they are ill or injured or complains of harassment or bullying.
