Event Description:
GIFT (Gaining Insight for Transition) for Women is a group sponsored by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. Its purpose is to create and support a thriving network for women in transitional stages and empower them to connect with their passions, dreams, and skills through access to a guest lecture series, employment, and volunteer opportunities. Monthly GIFT meetings encourage personal and professional growth. GIFT attendees will have an opportunity to mingle and discuss topics such as women contemplating a career change, mothers considering returning to work, and empty-nesters searching for their next step.
Meetings are held at the Chamber facilities from 12:00-1:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month.
*GIFT does not meet during the months of June-September and will resume for the month of October.
GIFT meetings will have two parts:
I. A mini-workshop on tools to use during life's many transitions
II. Guest Speaker - GIFT Storytelling
Chamber members and non-members are welcome. The is no cost to attend.
